Green Tea Weight Loss Pills That Work - August 10th, 2010

Green tea is one of the most studied and popular weight loss ingredients. They have largely studied green tea on every major group of people including women, men, aging populations, etc. And they have found that green tea seems to work for each of those populations in burning fat and providing greater health benefits with antioxidants at the same time. So why is it that most green tea weight loss pills don’t work?

To find green tea weight loss pills that work, you have to require than most ever will! You cannot just assume that because a product has green tea, it will automatically promote weight loss results. One common pitfall is that many use caffeine free green tea or green tea that has 10-20% caffeine. You need at least 50% caffeine. Caffeine is the element of green tea that actually burns fat, not the antioxidants! So if you do not have caffeine or enough, which is common, you will not get results.

Likewise, you will find that many do not actually have the clinically proven amounts of green tea. To find weight loss pills that work, you have to have the clinically proven amounts of any ingredient used. Green tea in particular requires about 400mg. Most products use maybe 100-200mg, if even that to achieve supposed results. And unfortunately, this leads to more side effects than anything else, as they commonly also use low quality green tea. If you are going to get results, you do need to get all of the elements that make green tea effective. Most simply find it harder than it absolutely has to be.

Take a look in the mirror - August 29th, 2009

Ahh….the cost of beauty. As a memebr of the female sex (generalizing and sympathizing with so many of you out there) I dare say I spent the majority of my mornings and evenings probing my skin, rechecking my wardrobe or finding personal flaws in an endless quest for beauty and confidance.
When in primary a passion for colorful ribbons had captivated me and in all photos I am donning a rather TOO colorful ribbon. In middle school I began to pray for my curves to become more pronounced than Jenny the most mature girl in school and in high school I hoped more than anything (disregarding my passion for my academics…hm…) for my crush to not notice the acne that hit me the previous night. And this constant fight has continued up to now and I find myself maturing (NOT AGING I TELL YOU) a bit too quickly for my liking. But as I was going through my books and books of dated photo albums I realized one thing.
Whereas at the time I considered myself painfully unattractive…the girl/woman smiling so bright as though she owns the world she is in was beautiful. Absolutely beautiful in every picture taken at every year of her life thus far. Then I looked in the mirror. Somehow after that certain turning point, I looked pleasant enough. Everyone is beautiful. This is not a cliche statment just to make the less confidant happy. This is the absolute truth. Why don’t you go take a look in the mirror now?
